Q: What is rhinoplasty or nose reshaping?
A: A rhinoplasty, commonly referred to as a nose job, is a surgical procedure that is performed to improve the shape or look of a nose or improve its function.
Q: How much time does it take?
A: Rhinoplasty procedures may take 2 to 3 hours, depending entirely on the complexity of the case and the meticulous steps required for an optimal outcome. Hospital overnight stay is involved in most cases.
Q: What are the limitations of rhinoplasty?
A: The biggest limitation with rhinoplasty is thick skin, because this is difficult to shrink and conform to the underlying framework of the procedure. However, we have special expertise and experience in dealing with thick skin.
Q: What is the recovery time for rhinoplasty?
A: After your surgery, you may have moderate swelling and bruising around your eyes that could last up to seven days.
Q: Do I have to stay overnight at the hospital after surgery?
A: In most cases, we prefer to keep the patient overnight. However, depending upon procedure the overnight may not be included.
Q: What are the complications or side effects ?
A: There can be swelling and bruising around the eyes for 6 to 10 days. Usually, there is no pain. Chances of infection are minimal, this area has a very rich blood supply and healing is amazing. Anesthesia-related complications are also minimal as most of the patients are young and healthy without any comorbidities/diseases. The satisfaction rate of experts world over is 90%, but Alhamdulillah our satisfaction rate is 97%. However, 3% of patients may require minor adjustments or a revision.

A: We are located in Lahore but we also do surgeries in Islamabad and Karachi.
Q: What are pre-operation requirements?
A: You have to get a few lab tests including Hepatitis B, C, and HIV screening and Blood Complete Picture from any nearest lab. Please trim nostril hairs, brush teeth and take a bath before coming to the hospital for operation. Also, stop taking meals or liquids (even water) 8 hours before the procedure.
Q: How much rhinoplasty costs?
A: The cost of procedure differs based on the required treatment. Q: Do you make computer simulators?
A: Yes we make computer simulations and/or drawings on photographs to discuss the desired shapes. Usually, we do it in our in-person session just before the surgery, with patients input in it.
Q: Is the proceudre painful?
A: It’s a very well-tolerated procedure. Mostly we don’t put any nasal packs inside the nose so the patients can breathe through the nose. Most of our patients don’t use any painkillers.
